Mercedes driver starts wild street brawl with skateboarder in NYC and immediately regrets it
Things got ugly quickly for a Mercedes driver who decided to get out of his car in New York City to fight a skateboarder.
Footage captured by Michael O’Hara showed a driver of a black Mercedes being embarrassed on St. Marks Place in the East Village neighborhood of the Big Apple.
The video begins with an unidentified man in a tan shirt smashing his board into the side of the 34-year-old driver’s vehicle on Tuesday, according to the New York Post.
The man behind the wheel appears to try to reverse into the skateboarder and just stops short of smashing into a mailbox.
After missing the man, the driver, wearing a white shirt, gets out and picks up the board.
He strikes the skateboarder, turning the situation into an all-out brawl that wouldn’t end in his favor.
What seems to be the driver’s partner gets out of the car, calling for her ‘baby’ to stop.
After a couple of lousy blows from either man, the scuffle went to the ground, where the skateboarder ended up on top.

The men made it back on their feet, and the skateboarder picked the board back up and smashed it down on the top of the driver’s head.
The man in the tan shirt secured a headlock on the other man, as his partner stood by watching.
The footage ends with spectators appearing to start to break the men up as the camera showed the Mercedes’ windshield was smashed.
O’Hara told the Post he wasn’t sure was started the conflict but said witnesses said the driver nearly hit the skateboarder.
‘I’ve seen some crazy s–t in Florida, but I’ve never seen anyone once put a skateboard through (a window),’ said the cameraman from the Sunshine State.
A man can be heard accusing the driver, saying that he hit him with ‘his car.’
Police said officers arrived on the scene and discovered the driver lost consciousness while in the headlock, according to the outlet.

The video garnered millions of views across social media, where many mocked the men’s fighting skills.
‘I can’t even call this a fight the **** were they doing,’ wrote one user on X.
‘Two typical beta-male New Yorkers. Embarrassing stuff,’ another added.
‘Both them weak ass ****** lucky that neither one them could fight. I knew there were no serious injuries by the way they were fighting and swinging the skateboard,’ a third added.
