Nvidia boss sensationally admits to cheating on wife in Chinese spy scandal as it’s revealed Marco Rubio knew about breach but still let billionaire in Trump’s orbit

Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang has admitted to cheating on his wife with a suspected Chinese spy as the trillion-dollar technology company launches an investigation into whether he was targeted by foreign espionage.
Huang, 63, sent a memo to staff on Sunday that read: ‘I was unfaithful to my wife. My actions hurt her and our children. There is no excuse for what I did,’ The New York Times reported.
His extramarital relationship became a US government concern after surveillance footage revealed that the woman, Alice Huang, was delivering information to Beijing, a US intelligence memo previously revealed.
Although he’s admitted to being unfaithful to his wife, the billionaire has not admitted to his mistress being a spy.
He and his wife of 41 years, Lori Mills Huang, share two adult children, Madison and Spencer Huang.
Nvidia’s board has also said that it had ‘no reason to believe that either national security or Nvidia secrets were compromised’ as a result of their relationship, but that it ‘will examine all available information,’ per the report.
Huang is in full support of the review ‘and has committed to cooperating with it,’ it added.
The revelation immediately raised red flags because of Huang’s close relationship to President Donald Trump and his involvement in AI technology.

In fact, an earlier NYT article revealed that Secretary of State Marco Rubio knew about Huang’s relationship but still kept him in Trump’s orbit.
According to the publication, Rubio oversaw the drafting of the highly classified memo this past spring that warned top Trump officials of Huang’s close relationship with the suspected spy.
Alice was a senior executive at a Singapore-based company that was buying Nvidia’s advanced AI chips, according to the report
The document itself was based on classified intelligence from electronic surveillance that was taken of Alice.
She was a senior executive at a Singapore-based company that was buying Nvidia’s advanced AI chips. Alice was also being probed for illegally smuggling the chips into China, the article stated.
When he found out, Rubio warned other Trump officials through a memo before Trump took a trip Trump took to China in May, a person close to the matter told the NYT.
The Chinese spy claims were only made public on October 29, 2026.
Huang was initially left off the list of major corporations and tech titans who were invited to join Trump in China about six months ago, but it is unclear if the exclusion was because of Rubio’s memo, the outlet stated.

After Rubio let the information out to top officials, many were concerned about Huang’s influence on Trump’s policy of lightly regulating AI technology, those briefed on the matter told the publication.
