Season 3 Air Date, Cast & More

The yeehaw version of The Summer I Turned Pretty is back for another season. Yep, Netflix just confirmed My Life With The Walter Boys season three will be released in August 2026, and season four will premiere in 2027. Thank god, because Off Campus left a huge hole we need filling.

Season three picks up after that cliffhanger ending with brothers Alex (Ashby Gentry) and Cole (Noah LaLonde) fighting for Jackie’s (Nikki Rodriguez) affections — life in Silver Falls is getting messier than a Love Island episode.

Below, we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about My Life With The Walter Boys season three, including the release date, cast, plot and more.

When will My Life With The Walter Boys Season 3 premiere?

Netflix confirmed My Life With The Walter Boys season three will premiere on August 6. It’s possible this means August 7 in Australia, but as soon as it’s confirmed, we will update this article.

What’s the plot of My Life With The Walter Boys Season 3?

My Life With The Walter Boys season three begins straight after that cliffhanger ending with Cole and Jackie’s emotional declarations of love, while her supposed boyfriend Alex was within earshot. We’ll get to explore the fallout between Alex and Cole, with the brothers turning to their new passions. Cole will start a new career in race car driving, while Alex will continue as part of the rodeo team at Hartford. Netflix says that Jackie won’t be sitting around waiting for love, either. Instead, she’s channelling her energy into a community space to develop it further.

What has the showrunner said about My Life With The Walter Boys Season 3?

Showrunner and creator Melanie Hasall told Tudum that My Life With The Walter Boys seaon three begins with an “emotional” first episode. “A lot of this season, more than other seasons, is about growing up, maturing, and stepping up,” she said. “Alex matures more than anybody between seasons two and three… he’s on this upwards trajectory.” As for Cole, getting into racing helps fill his previous love for football.

Hasall also noted that Jackie tries to bring the Walter family back together in season three, as she feels a lot of guilt. “There’s a part of her that feels like she’s responsible for [George going to the hospital], because she feels that she just messed everything up in those last few moments of season two,” she said.
