The 2026 Stagecoach Music Festival has officially kicked off, and a slew of A-listers have already been spotted at the event.
And while some stars wowed in stunning looks and chic attire… others completely missed the mark with their ensembles, donning bizarre tassels, over-the-top accessories or bedazzled frocks.
Hailed as one of the biggest events in country music, the weekend-long event began on Friday and included performances from top artists like Diplo, Ella Langley, Cody Johnson, Bailey Zimmerman, Wynonna Judd and Noah Cyrus.
It will continue through Saturday and Sunday, and other stars set to hit the stage include Post Malone, Lainey Wilson, Riley Green, Journey, Little Big Town and Third Eye Blind, amongst others. Pitbull and Ludacris are also set to take over during a ‘late night’ after-hours set on Saturday night and Sunday night respectively.
It is taking place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California – the same place where the Coachella Music Festival occurred earlier this month.
In addition to the star-studded lineup, an array of famous faces were seen attending the event in the audience, from Sydney Sweeney to Hannah Godwin.
And of course the stars pulled out all the stops when it came to their outfits, with many truly embracing the country theme and rocking everything from cowboy boots to fringe jackets.
While most of them looked amazing at the dazzling festival, some of Hollywood’s elite failed to impress with their bizarre outfit choices.

Best dressed
Country music star Ella Langley attended an event hosted by American Eagle Jeans at the Stagecoach Music Festival on Saturday before she hit the stage to perform, and her outfit totally fit the theme. She donned a chic denim shirt and skirt combo and some fringe knee-high cowboy boots, which she paired with a dramatic belt, neck scarf and bold necklace
When Noah Cyrus performed at the event she opted for a simple classic gray gown that featured puffy, off-the-shoulder sleeves, a tight bodice, a V-shaped waste line and a long flowing skirt that accentuated her curves perfectly
Sydney Sweeney opted for a toned-down look when she attended the 2026 Stagecoach Music Festival on Friday, wearing denim overalls, a light pink lacy top and matching cowboy boots. The Euphoria star is known for showing off her envious figure on red carpets and at events, so it was certainly an interesting choice for her to wear something so simple – but it totally worked
Bachelor star Hannah Godwin looked fashionable as she attended the Stagecoach Music Festival in a denim mini skirt, a crop tied long-sleeve white button down and some cowboy boots. She added to the look with a soft pink neck tie. The outfit fit the theme without going overboard
Worst dressed
While Langley’s choice of clothing before she performed earned her a spot on the best dressed list, her ensemble on stage also put her on the worst dressed list. The eye-popping outfit ensured all eyes would be on her… but possibly for the wrong reasons. It had way too much going on, including a bedazzled top with tassels, a high-low skirt and a dramatic jacket with more bright red tassels hanging off of it. And her piercing knee-high leather heeled boots didn’t help
Langley posed backstage with her pal and fellow musician Lainey Wilson, who also missed the mark with her outfit. She donned a simple white tank top tucked into some high-waisted jeans that had horses pained all over them. She accessorized with a neck scarf and some bizarre earrings, as well as a cap and shades
When Wynnona Judd hit the stage she wore some black leather pants and a dramatic matching top that had pieces of fabric that hung down resembling tentacles. But the worst part? She wasn’t wearing any shoes… That’s right, the star performed completely barefoot
Ashlee Simpson made a surprise performance during Diplo’s set, but her ensemble also failed to impress. She opted for some lacy white shorts and a patterned crop top, as well as a brown fringe jacket and boots. But the differing patterns totally clashed
YouTuber Rebecca Black was spotted attending the Stagecoach Music Festival on Friday, and she certainly kept it simple with her outfit choice. A little too simple, if you ask us. She donned some jeans, a white tank top and black boots.
