Meet the mysterious wedding planner behind Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s star-studded nuptials
There is no denying that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding has become quite the spectacle.
The couple’s magical wedding weekend kicked off with an intimate rehearsal dinner for 100 of their closest friends at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night.
And there is an even larger celebration – complete with 1,000 attendees – set to take place on Friday that is engulfed in rumors of a custom princess ‘castle’ and even a Bon Jovi performance.
But who is the driving force behind the extravagant celebrations?
It seems that creative event planner Mark Seed and his team are to thank for the multi-day event.
Seed, who is best known for his architectural design, has reportedly been working with the singer and her NFL fiance, both 36, ‘for months,’ Page Six reported.
The Daily Mail previously confirmed: ‘Taylor’s not the official wedding planner, but most of the ideas are hers. She’s used to taking control.
‘This will be her big day and along with Travis, she’ll be the mastermind.’

However, Seed has quietly emerged as the go-to wedding planner for ultra-exclusive nuptials.
He has an impressive resume, having orchestrated Jennifer Lawrence’s wedding to Cooke Maroney in 2019 and Billie Lourd’s ceremony to Austen Rydell in 2022 – to name just a few.
But it seems that Seed, who works under creative management agency Exposure NY, likely caught Swift’s eye when Jack Antonoff tied the knot with actress Margaret Qualley in New Jersey in 2023.
Despite his high-profile credentials, very little is known about him.
Seed does not appear to have a public Instagram account and his professional website features only a black landing page emblazoned with a logo and email address.
And his discretion is likely one of the biggest draws for his celebrity client base.
‘He is renowned for never, ever talking about his clients,’ Page Six reported.
Actress Sam Ressler, who married real estate mogul Jason Borg in 2022, has perhaps given the biggest insight into Seed’s character over the years.

She told Vogue that Seed had planned her big day – as well as her sister’s.
‘He made everything so easy, fun and seamless. He’s basically a genius and has the chillest energy. He’s also incapable of panic.
‘He can right-size any problem and can put things in perspective. He really gets that this should just be a celebration of love and a fun experience to plan,’ Ressler told the outlet at the time.
She concluded: ‘Mark is so creative, and it was genuinely so much fun coming up with ideas together and his execution of my vision was beyond my wildest expectations.’
