The Grand Mufti of the Republic congratulates Dr. Khaled Al -Anani on the occasion of his choice as General Manager of UNESCO
Dr. Nazir Mohamed Ayyad, the Mufti of the Republic, Head of the General Secretariat of the role and advisory bodies in the world, extended its sincere congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Khaled Al -Anani, the former Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, on the occasion of the selection of his Excellency as Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), wishing him continued success in performing his new duties. The honorable choice that reflects the high position that Egyptian competencies enjoy in international forums, stressing that Dr. Khaled Al -Anani has a record of achievements in the fields of Egyptian culture, heritage and civilization, and that his assumption of this high position represents a qualitative addition to UNESCO in the service of culture issues, education and preserving human heritage.
