Trump says he’s considering firing Kimberly Guilfoyle as he brutally admits: ‘We’re not happy’

President Donald Trump has revealed his feelings about the latest controversies swirling around the US Ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Speaking with reporters on the way to his rally in Youngstown, Ohio on Monday evening, Trump shared that he was considering axing Guilfoyle, stating, ‘we’re looking at,’ before adding, ‘Yeah. We’re not happy,’ when asked about her conduct.

Guilfoyle was told to be on her best behavior after being confirmed as the Ambassador to Greece by the US Senate last fall.

That is a set of directions she reportedly did not follow.

Guilfoyle was pictured in July sipping fizz and picking at grapes at Nammos, the jet-set hangout on Mykonos’s Psarou Beach, alongside Bill White, Trump’s openly gay ambassador to Belgium. She flew to Paris for Fashion Week the next day.

That month, Trump flew straight home from the NATO summit in Turkey without stopping in Greece, despite Guilfoyle promising locals a presidential visit.

The Guilfoyle scandal deepened on Thursday as top Democrats on the Senate and House foreign affairs committees urged Rubio to investigate her conduct, citing the Journal’s report.

‘If these reports are accurate, Ambassador Guilfoyle is unfit to represent the United States abroad and should be removed from her position,’ Representative Gregory Meeks of New York, the top House Foreign Affairs Democrat, wrote to Rubio.

An embassy official noted last month that Guilfoyle ‘continues to follow all State Department ethical guidelines.’

However, a US official said on Sunday that Trump and Rubio are ‘extremely pissed off’ by Guilfoyle’s reported conduct and would likely decide on what action to take this week after Monday’s Columbus Day holiday.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations, said Rubio had been particularly angry, not least because he visited Athens just last week and Guilfoyle attended most, if not all, of his events and greeted him on his arrival with a bear hug as the allegations swirled.

In a series of stories, The Wall Street Journal has reported questionable conduct by Guilfoyle, including an alleged threat to a host country official, accepting improper gifts and services, and offering to use her influence inside the administration in return for the payment of a large credit card bill.

The Daily Mail has also exclusively reported that her party girl lifestyle has landed Guilfoyle in hot water with members of Trump’s family.

Trump-world insider Eric Deters, who Guilfoyle reportedly asked for a six-figure payment, told the Daily Mail that she recruited Deters’ wife and her friend to secretly sneak alcohol to her during the festival, acting ‘like a high schooler’ hiding booze from her parents.

Guilfoyle’s affinity for Champagne and parties have widely been documented, and insiders urged her to be on good behavior after she was tapped to be President Donald Trump’s Greek Ambassador, cautioning that an assignment amid Aegean islands and endless summers wasn’t a green light for nonstop partying.

At the conclusion of the event, Guilfoyle insisted on packing up and taking all the remaining catered VIP food home with her, an odd request in Deters’ eyes.

Deters said she also begged him to compliment her in front of Don Jr in the hopes of ‘winning back his favor,’ Deters detailed.
