The initiative is training 2700 male and female students from Egyptian universities, by 100 trainees from each governorate, through an intensive training experience that includes 30 training hours that are implemented over 5 days for each group. These hours are divided between theoretical lectures, practical applications, interactive discussions, and case studies; To enhance thinking skills, and deepen the awareness of the participants in the concept of leadership and social responsibility.
