US Open champion Wyndham Clark accuses ex-girlfriend of cheating on him with NFL quarterback
US Open golf champion Wyndham Clark has revealed his ex-girlfriend allegedly cheated on him with NFL quarterback Baker Mayfield.
Fresh off his second major triumph at the weekend, Clark made the bombshell claim during an appearance on Barstool’s ‘Pardon My Take’ podcast.
When the podcast hosts pulled up one of his old tweets which read ‘I hate baker mayfield’ back in 2016, the golfer said: ‘I’m trying to decide if I should tell the story… alright screw it I don’t care. People already hate me.’
He then alleged that his girlfriend at the time was unfaithful to him with Mayfield, who was playing college football for the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Clark was at Oklahoma State University before leaving for the University of Oregon that summer.
‘My girlfriend at the time cheated on me with Baker Mayfield,’ he claimed. ‘But here’s what I would say: I’m actually a Baker fan now, I think he’s a homie.
‘That’s your initial response, “Screw that guy.” But really it’s screw the [girlfriend].’

Despite his accusation, Clark even wants to bury the hatchet with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal caller on the golf course in the future.
‘I hope this is a bro moment for us to be like “Oh, bro, I didn’t know. My bad. She never told me,” and I’ll tell him, “It’s all good, we’re homies, let’s play golf.” That’s where I hope it comes from.’
Clark’s most significant ex-girlfriend is Alicia Bogdanski, but she is not the alleged cheater in question given they first started dating in 2021. They quietly went their separate ways four years later.
The ex accused of becoming romantic with Mayfield is believed to be an unnamed partner from his college days.
After splitting from Bogdanski, Clark is now dating model and influencer Emily Tanner.
The couple hard-launched their relationship at the Masters earlier this year, with Tanner also pictured celebrating with her man after he won the US Open for the second time on Sunday.
