Wanted man on the run in Perth after removing his ankle monitoring device: Do not approach

A man who went missing after removing his ankle monitoring device has been found by police.

Anthony Boccamazzo, 40, removed the tracking device about 4.30pm on Sunday, Western Australia police said. 

He was successfully located and arrested on Tuesday afternoon, a spokesperson for WA police told Daily Mail Australia. 

Members of the public were told not to approach the missing 40-year-old and instead to immediately call police on 131 444. 

He was described as being about 183cm tall and of slim build with dark hair and a fair complexion. 

He was known to frequent the Albany, Mt Barker, Cranbrook, Donnybrook, Williams, Fremantle, Mt Pleasant and Jolimont areas.
