In Ukraine, 8 civilians died in one day

8 civilians were killed and more than 30 were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Ukrainian territory over the past 24 hours. These are the data of the authorities who leads in particular “Ukrainian Truth”. The dead and 23 injured are residents of the Donetsk and Kharkov regions. Another 14 people were wounded during a rocket attack on Odessa on the evening of May 1.

According to the head of the Donetsk regional administration, Vadim Filashkin, in the region, during shelling on May 1, 4 people were killed, two of them in the city of Gornyak, which was hit by a multiple launch rocket system, one in Kalinovo, on which an aerial bomb was reportedly dropped, and another one in Krasnogorovka.

Four people also died in the Kharkov region, including two in the village of Zolochev, which was hit by air bombs.

The Russian Ministry of Defense did not comment on the shelling. The Russian military department claims that targeted attacks on civilian targets are not carried out.

In Odessa, a blow was struck at a sorting depot and a branch of the Novaya Poshta company, and a large-scale fire broke out. They were injured by data local authorities, 14 people.
