Constantin Production ‘Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die’, Starring Sam Rockwell, Haley Lu Richardson, Michael Peña, Zazie Beetz & Juno Temple, Kicks Off Production In South Africa

EXCLUSIVE: Production has started in South Africa on Oscar-winning director Gore Verbinski’s new action adventure film Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Diestarring Sam Rockwell, Haley Lu Richardson, Michael Peña, Zazie Beetz and Juno Temple.

The film, written by Matthew Robinson (Love & Monsters), centers on a man from the future (Rockwell) who arrives at a diner in Los Angeles where he must recruit the precise combination of eclectic patrons (Richardson, Peña, Beetz, Temple) to join in him on a one-night quest to save the world.

Verbinsky is the director behind the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, The Ring and Range. Rockwell is best known for his roles in For Argy, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and Jojo Rabbitwhile Richardson starred in HBO’s The White Lotus, Five Feet Apart and Columbus. Peña is best known for his roles in A Million Miles Away, The Martian and American Hustle while Beetz had a starring role in hit show Atlanta and also has roles in Joker and upcoming Joker: Folie à Deux. Temple starred in FX’s FargoApple TV’s Ted Lasso as well as Atonement.

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die is a production of Constantin Film (Resident Evil, Fantastic Four, The Three Musketeers) with Robert Kulzer serving as producer, Verbinski’s Blind Wink Production and 3 Arts Entertainment, with casting Director Denise Chaian, Erwin Stoff (I Am Legend) and Oly Obst are also producing.

Executive producers are Oliver Berben of Constantin Film, Michael Rothstein and Samuel Hall of north.five.six as well as George Parra and Robinson. North.five.six are handing international sales rights on the film and will continue to sell the project in Cannes this month. CAA Media Finance and Gersh co-rep North American rights.
