Pentagon stumbled 100 extremists in the US military

The US Department of Defense said, about 100 extremists were found among the armed forces of the country.

“The Defense Ministry has indicated that the number of soldiers, who have taken official actions against them with regard to participating in the prohibited extremist activities, has reached about 100 people last year.”

In addition, Pentagon published a number of recommendations to combat extremism. It is proposed to clarify the amount of funding aimed at analyzing internal threats and developing an integrated plan for military and civilian staff, to stop harmful activity, as well as giving a new definition of extreme activities and policy review.
