Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has stated that the Russian Navy has conducted a secret deployment of ships in a remote area of the Pacific Ocean.

“The Navy carried out a covert deployment in the remote region of the Pacific Ocean,” Shoigu said at an expanded meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Defense with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The minister emphasized that at low temperatures, all the weapons used confirmed their technical characteristics.
