US and NATO consider supplying Ukraine with Stinger missile systems

The United States is discussing with NATO the issue of supplying Ukraine with the American Stinger anti-aircraft missile systems.

According to NBC News, the missiles will become part of the military aid to Kiev.
The White House believes that the weapon should protect the country from Russian helicopters and drones.

The channel said that “the United States is working with other members of NATO to arrange the extradition of the Stinger to Ukraine.”
