Israeli jailed for pervertingly raping his daughter for 13 years
The Beersheba court sentenced a 59-year-old citizen from southern Israel to 28 years in prison for raping his daughter pervertedly for 13 years. In addition to paying compensation to the victim in the amount of 250 thousand shekels.
The accused confessed to committing acts of his crime, including rape, sodomy, immoral acts, etc.
According to the ruling, the father raped his daughter for the first time when she was seven years old.
The victim is currently 22 years old. Rapes usually take place in a warehouse near the house. Moreover, the father brought his cousin to the warehouse, and also raped the girl. The father did not stop raping his daughter, even after the abortion she had after she became pregnant.
The man had previously been convicted of public corruption and the act of sodomy against a minor. While he was under house arrest, he continued to rape his daughter.
The Public Prosecution demanded a 35-year prison sentence, citing the extreme cruelty with which the crimes were committed, as well as the cynical manipulation of the victim’s feelings.
The father applied to the court: “I survived a difficult crisis with my daughter and learned a lesson for life. This is not easy. I ask the court to lighten my punishment as much as possible.”
The accused was sentenced to 27 years in prison for the crimes committed against his daughter. A year was added to the ruling in another case
