Russia summons reservists
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on conducting military training for citizens in the reserves in 2022.
The decree reads “inviting citizens of the Russian Federation who are in reserve in 2022 to undergo military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the National Guard Forces of the Russian Federation, state security agencies and bodies of the Federal Security Service.”
It also contains instructions for the government and provincial executive authorities to ensure that reservists are recruited and conduct training.
