Anonymous releases a new cryptocurrency dedicated to Elon Musk
After the news about the billionaire Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, Anonymous created the Elon buy Twitter coin – information about it can be found on Coinmarketcap.
Immediately after the launch, the price of the token rose by 6000%, and now the market capitalization of Elon buying Twitter is over $220,000.
The developers confirmed that this code is more than a joke and promised to release NFT games intended for Twitter purchase in the future.
The developers wrote on the project’s official website: “Elon is not just a meme token, we want to give meme creators the opportunity to earn money from our currency. The long-term goal of Elon buying Twitter is to become an industry leader in the emerging DeFi sector. We want to create a blockchain platform based solely on meme codes”.
Despite assurances from the token’s creators, it could turn out to be a fraudulent project.
Last year, an icon dedicated to the popular Korean TV series “The Squid Game” appeared on the network. It was purchased by more than 40 thousand users, but the creators closed the project and took all the money from the contributors. The scammers then earned up to $3.4 million in cryptocurrency.
