Czech Republic allows its citizens to join the Ukrainian army

Czech President Milos Zeman has allowed 103 citizens of the republic to join the armed forces of Ukraine.

According to the legislation of the Czech Republic, a citizen or foreigner who has a residence permit in the Republic may not, without the approval of the Head of State, serve in foreign military or paramilitary units.

So, according to the Czech News Agency, the decree must be signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Petr Fiala.
