Kenya floods leave 70 dead since March

Nairobi, April 26, 2017 – 70 people have died in Kenya since last March due to floods caused by torrential rains that exceeded their normal rate.

Kenyan government spokesman Isaac Mwaura said today that “the official count of Kenyan citizens who died due to floods has reached seventy people since March.”
