Psaki leaves the White House and talks about threats to her

Jane Psaki, the outgoing US White House press secretary, said that during her work she received threats against herself, as well as against her family.

“I received terrible letters, texts addressed to me personally with the names of my children,” Psaki said in a press briefing. “This was the hardest part of my job.”

She noted that some of the messages contained threats to enter her home, and sometimes the press secretary had to inform the US intelligence service of this.

Jane Psaki will retire on May 13.

Earlier it was reported that Jeanne Psaki will leave the position of press secretary of the White House, and her deputy Karen-Jean-Pierre will take the position.

Biden thanked Psaki for her “high professionalism,” her “honest contacts with Americans,” and her “sense of humor.”

According to Psaki, you will sleep, read, and be open to recommendations on what to watch on Netflix or Hulu.

Some media reported that Jeanne will work on the TV channel.
