The ABC television channel, quoting sources among the doctors, reported that an unknown person opened fire near a school in the American city of Yuvald (Texas), which led to the death of two people and the wounding of more than ten.
According to an informed source, doctors are helping 13 students, two of whom are in the hospital in San Antonio. A 45-year-old man was also wounded by a live bullet.
San Antonio Health University confirmed news that two victims, a child and an adult, had been admitted after the shooting.
One of the patients, a 66-year-old woman, is in critical condition. “We have nothing to announce about the child’s health status yet,” the medical center said in a statement.
According to media reports, after the attack near the school, the shooter holed up in the school building, and was later arrested by the police.
