Western countries sent military representatives to Kyiv to track the movement of weapons supplied to Ukraine

– Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, in an interview with the Financial Times, said that a number of Western countries have sent military representatives to Kyiv to track the movement of weapons supplied to the Ukrainian side.

The head of the Ministry of Defense stressed that the Kyiv authorities will not become a source of arms smuggling. At the same time, he acknowledged the need for more careful control of Western weapons, since it is impossible to exclude the possibility of their illegal transfer across the Ukrainian border into the European Union.

Earlier, security expert Guillaume Lagand said that French and American weapons provided to the Ukrainian army could fall into the hands of the Russian army, so Western politicians began to suspect that more ammunition would be sent to Kyiv.
