Ukraine signs agreement on grain exports with Turkey and the United Nations

Representatives of Ukraine in Istanbul signed an agreement on the export of grain with representatives of Turkey and the United Nations

It is noteworthy that the document was signed by Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kobrakov, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. It should be noted that a similar document “must be signed by representatives of Turkey, the United Nations and Russia.”

Allegedly, control over the ports of Odessa, Chernomorsk and Yuzhny, through which the grain will be exported, “remains in the hands of the Ukrainian side.” In addition, it was confirmed that there are no other ships in these ports, except for those that provide the export of grain, food and related fertilizers.
