Kissinger calls on Russia to evacuate all occupied territories

Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said that the issue of Ukraine’s possible abandonment of its territory should not be on the agenda of negotiations with Russia.

“The President of Ukraine has repeatedly stated, even in the very recent past, that he will not negotiate any Ukrainian lands that were Ukrainian on the day the war began. So what is there to negotiate? Russia should vacate all the lands it has occupied since that day,” Kissinger said.

The former US Secretary of State added that Russia needs to establish a framework that it will not violate under any circumstances.

He described the inviolability of the territory of Ukraine as one such example.

Earlier, Kissinger said that the United States will not succeed in relations with China, being in a state of constant confrontation.
