The shocking damage to Cara Delevingne’s Los Angeles home has been revealed after the property was engulfed by a fire.

Aerial images show the $7 million property reduced to a pile of wreckage after a blaze believed to have been caused by an electrical issue.

Cara, who is currently in London performing in Cabaret, previously feared that her beloved cats had perished in the fire, but later learned that they had been rescued.

Much of the roof of Cara’s home has been destroyed by the fire, with the kitchen and bedrooms now in full view from the air.

Just days after the fire, Cara’s parents revealed the cause of the blaze, after being approached ahead of the model’s performance at The Kit Kat Club.

The pair was asked: ‘Do you know what caused the fire?’ to which her father replied with, ‘electrical.’ Her mother also added that her daughter was ‘devastated.’

The actress’s father also mentioned that ‘something fell on a powerline’ amid ‘very windy’ weather in the area. 

When asked how Delevingne was doing, Pandora said once again, ‘I think she’s probably devastated.’

Her mother then explained to the outlet, ‘She had everything in her house, her whole life. She built it, she made it. She has everything in it.’

The model initially took to her Instagram page to reveal the news of the devastating incident while also believing her two cats had perished in the flames.

‘My heart is broken today. I cannot believe it. Life can change in a blink of an eye. So cherish what you have,’ she penned in a now-deleted Story post.

However, upon discovering that her beloved pets had been rescued, Cara shared an update to her fans that read: ‘They are alive!! Thank you to the firefighters.’

She later took to her Instagram again to reveal the relieving and positive update that her cats had been rescued.

Along with uploading another picture of her two pets, Delevingne wrote, ‘They are alive!! Thank you to the firefighters,’ followed by a red heart emoji.

The model then shared a separate message of gratitude to the firefighters. ‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the firefighters and people that showed up to help…..’

Cara was in London at the time of the fire due to her being in the midst of performing in the musical Cabaret.

Firefighters rushed to the scene after a 911 call was made around 3:57am PST on March 15, per TMZ.

Cara’s $7million mansion in Studio City, California is said to have been engulfed by flames that had spread to the attic, causing severe damage to the expensive property.

A total of 94 firefighters showed up to fight the blaze arriving in 13 different engines.

It is believed that the blaze started in a backroom of the property, and images obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that entire parts of the roof have now collapsed due to the fire.

DailyMail.com previously reached out to representatives for the model for comment.

It is said to have taken firefighters almost two hours to get the fire fully contained with at least one person injured.

TMZ claims that one firefighter fell from a ladder while trying to put out the blaze and was injured.

One person who was staying at Cara’s home was also said to have been treated for smoke inhalation.

Delevingne also shared a video that was taken by another individual near her home as firetrucks filled the street to put out the blaze.

Cara previously owned a Hollywood home with her sister Poppy that they bought from actor Jared Leto – and then sold to singer Usher for $3.4million in September 2022.

In March last year, Cara revealed she checked herself into rehab after ‘heartbreaking’ images published by DailyMail.com that had given her a wakeup call.

The model said she reflected on her mental health struggles and addiction battle after sparking concern with a series of troubled public appearances.

Speaking to Vogue magazine, she confessed that she hadn’t been ‘ready’ to tackle her demons until she fell into a ‘bad place’.
