Thursday…a major celebration at the Journalists Syndicate to announce the results of memorizers of the Holy Quran
Today, the Economic Committee of the Journalists Syndicate held exams for the Holy Quran Memorization Competition
Mohamed Kharaja, Treasurer and Chairman of the Economic Committee, revealed that the number of contestants reached 280 journalists and their families, explaining that the competition included 4 levels, the first level one part, and the second level. 5 parts, the third level 10 parts, and the fourth level 30 parts.
Muhammad Kharaja, Treasurer and Chairman of the Committee, announced that the results of the competition will be announced next Thursday during a major celebration to honor those who have memorized the Book of God.
Kharaja said that the committee consisted of senior Al-Azhar scholars, headed by Sheikh Hassan Abdel-Nabi Iraqi, deputy of the Qur’an Committee, Sheikh Mohsen Abdel Hamid Saeed, a teacher at Al-Azhar Mosque, Sheikh Khaled Muhammad Ali Ahmed, the General Administration of Qur’an Affairs, Sheikh Abdel-Baqi Hassan Abdel-Baqi, a teacher at Al-Azhar Mosque, and Sheikh Abbas Muhammad Morsi Dhaifullah. Director of Qur’anic affairs, and Sheikh Mahmoud Abdel Salam Hussein Al-Attarin, teacher of Qur’anic sciences at Al-Azhar and Al-Azhar Mosque.
