Marlène Jobert, facing loneliness? “My daughters are too far from me”

Marlène Jobert may be very attached to her house in Normandy – where she also wishes to end her days – but the 83-year-old ex-actress would have liked her 43-year-old daughters, Joy and Eva Green, to live closer to ‘She. “They are a little too far from me, my girls. Much too far. Eva lives in England, where she has a successful acting career, and Joy in Italy, where she produces a delicious wine in Tuscany with her husband, Niccolo, while being an exemplary mother to her two wonderful little boys.“, she explained in an interview with Paris Match.

Marlène Jobert: “I don’t find it nice to get old”

Marlène Jobert accepts her age, but she is not happy to have passed into her eighth decade: “I don’t find it pleasant to get old and fortunately I have passions, like my house in Normandy, to which I am attached.“. To try to remain as dynamic as possible, the former actress talks: “I do gymnastics three times a week with a coach; I watch my diet because I believe that you become what you eat; I had a light facelift at the age of 46“.

Discreet, the mother of Joy and Eva Green does not want to display her 83 years in front of everyone. She also clarified to Paris Match that it was his final photo shoot. “Taking photos weighs on me more and more and I’m not sure we want to see actresses age“, she concluded.
