The General Authority for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques provides its services to people with mental and visual disabilities inside the Grand Mosque

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque provides those who visit the Grand Mosque with mental disabilities and special needs to benefit from the services it provides to them.

 

  The authority has allocated a site for sign language translation inside the Grand Mosque to guide them, in addition to the advanced technologies it provides in directing this group to the facilities they need, such as electronic boards and smart applications, and providing the Qur’an printed in Braille for people with visual disabilities to facilitate them so that they can perform their worship with ease and ease. A package of services such as the free voluntary vehicle payment service for circumambulation and Masa’a, spatial guidance and orientation service, and chapels designated for the elderly and people with disabilities equipped with the necessary needs that help them perform their rituals with ease and comfort.
