Abu Dhabi, April 8 / WAM / Al-Ittihad newspaper said that the UAE’s space projects range from preparing astronauts, sending space missions, launching satellites, and encouraging the space economy sector, in addition to conducting scientific studies and research, in a way that supports aspects of the knowledge economy within the development process. Comprehensive, and establishes the UAE’s name among the ranks of advanced countries in the field of space, and contributes to achieving the country’s lofty mission of anticipating challenges and solutions in the service of humanity.

The newspaper added in its editorial today under the title “Space Projects”… that the “Mohammed bin Zayed” satellite, the mission to build the “Rashid 2” explorer, and the second space simulation study are among the most prominent projects that the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center is working on, which crowns the efforts of the wise leadership. In strengthening the UAE space exploration strategy, and sharing their scientific journey with countries around the world, it also paves the way for new space missions in the future to ensure progress and prosperity for all.
At the conclusion of her editorial, she stressed that the UAE’s space achievements formed the basis of the country’s partnership in major global scientific and humanitarian projects, the most recent of which was joining the project to develop and establish the lunar space station, the first station around the moon in human history, after its success in maximizing the capabilities of the national sector of the space industry, and its great support. To enhance the growth of the sector, with its personnel, tasks, infrastructure, and all related industries of the future.
