The King Salman Relief Center distributes winter bags and reviews the progress of the activity of training and empowering families who are the breadwinners of orphans in Yemen.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 250 winter bags in the districts of Al-Dhale’ and Qatuba in Al-Dhale’ Governorate, benefiting 1,383 individuals, 250 families.

This comes within the framework of the relief and humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King’s Centre. Salman Relief; To help the brotherly Yemeni people as a result of the humanitarian crisis they are going through, and to alleviate their suffering.

 

In a separate context, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center team in the “Sayun” districts reviewed And “Mukalla” In Hadramaut Governorate, an activity is underway to train and empower 50 families who are the breadwinners of orphans, by providing them with various life and professional skills, by holding courses in electrical wiring, maintenance of tours, making incense, perfumes, and sweets, hairdressing, tools for making ornaments (accessories), and engraving. Henna, sewing and embroidery, and managing small income-generating projects.

 

It is noteworthy that this is part of the second phase of the project to sponsor orphans and empower their families economically in Yemen, which aims to support the orphan group in Yemen by economically empowering 440 families with breadwinners by creating sustainable job opportunities to provide income, and providing living, educational and health guarantees, enabling them to increase their ability to deal with the economic consequences resulting from the loss of the breadwinner, and also enabling orphans to join the educational process, benefiting 1,300 orphans.

 

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, to care for a segment of orphans and improve their living conditions in various Yemeni governorates.
