It was a women’s team. Volleyball club Al-Ahly won the Egypt Cup for the local season 2023/2024, after defeating its counterpart Al-Shams with a score of 3-0 in the final match.

Al-Ahly Club qualified for the final at the expense of Degla With a score of 3/0, while Al-Shams qualified at the expense of Zamalek with a score of 3/2.
