Ukraine: at least 13 dead and 60 injured after a triple Russian strike in the north of the country

Three Russian missiles struck the city of Chernihiv on Wednesday April 17, in northern Ukraine, killing at least 13 people and injuring around sixty people. President Volodymyr Zelensky expresses his anger and demands more equipment.
