Perrier: nearly two million bottles destroyed as a precaution by Nestlé following contamination

Nestlé destroyed nearly two million bottles of Perrier brand water as a precaution. The water from one of its wells located in Gard was apparently contaminated following very heavy rains in mid-March. The prefect of Gard spoke of “contamination of fecal origin”.
