As a result of a new shelling of Kharkov, 10 people were injured

On the afternoon of Sunday, May 5, Russian troops shelled Kharkov again, injuring 10 people. The attack was reported by the head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov. According to him, the central part of the city came under fire, in particular, a multi-storey building and houses in the private residential sector.

Sinegubov clarified that the Russian military dropped a controlled aerial bomb on the city.

Earlier, the mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, wrote in a telegram that explosions were heard in the city. Later he reportedthat there was a shelling of a private residential building.

The Russian army has been shelling Kharkov almost every day since the end of April. Igor Terekhov previously stated that as a result of the shelling, almost the entire energy infrastructure of the city was destroyed.

Western media sources reported that Russia is likely preparing to storm Kharkov and wants to make the city uninhabitable for civilians.
