Bayer Leverkusen achieved a major victory over Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 in the German League
Bayer Leverkusen – the German League champion – defeated its host Eintracht Frankfurt with a score of (5-1), in the match that brought them together this Sunday evening at the Deutsche Bankpark Stadium, in the framework of the 32nd round of the German Football League.
The Leverkusen quintet scored: Granit Xhaka in the 12th minute, Patrik Cech in the 44th minute, Ezequiel Palacios in the 58th minute from a penalty kick, Jeremy Frimpong in the 77th minute, and Victor Boniface in the 89th minute from a penalty kick, while Frankfurt’s only goal was scored by Hugo Ekitiki in the 32nd minute.
The match witnessed the participation of Egyptian star Omar Marmoush with his team, Eintracht Frankfurt, throughout the events of the match.
The victory raised the score of Leverkusen – who won the title – to 84 points. In the lead, while Frankfurt’s balance froze at 45 points in sixth place.
