Abu Dhabi, 7 May / WAM / An official and economic delegation from the UAE, headed by His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy, will visit Italy this week, to discuss the development of economic partnership, enhance cooperation in new economic sectors at the level of the government and private sectors, and build investment and economic development partnerships that serve… Competitiveness and sustainability of the economies of the two friendly countries.
The UAE delegation includes the participation of more than 35 entities from the government and private sectors, most notably the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Future Neighborhood Fund, Sharaf Group, HSBC Bank, and Group Beeah, in addition to a large number of private sector companies.
The visit will witness the launch of the second edition of “Investobia Europe” in the Italian city of Milan, for the second year in a row, with the aim of exploring promising investment opportunities in the fields of creative economy, tourism, entrepreneurship and sustainability, and learning about the latest global trends regarding the process of expanding companies’ business into new markets to attract investments. His Excellency Abdullah bin Touq is holding a number of bilateral meetings with a group of ministers in the governments of Italy, Malta and Cyprus, with the aim of continuing to develop joint economic and trade relations and pushing them to new levels of growth and prosperity, and expanding areas of cooperation in various sectors and economic and investment fields.
