Ladies and Gentlemen, Representatives of the People of Egypt:

We have all followed with great interest the development of events related to the occupied Palestinian territories, during the four The past twenty hours took different paths, as Hamas announced its acceptance of the truce in the Gaza Strip in response to the great Egyptian effort and Egyptian-Qatari mediation, in preparation for ending the humanitarian nightmare that the people of the Gaza Strip have been grappling with for more than two hundred days. However, the Israeli government, It warned the residents of the eastern neighborhoods of the Palestinian city of Rafah to evacuate immediately and head towards the center of the Gaza Strip, arrogantly hinting at a ground attack on the city, followed by launching air strikes east of the city and bombing it with fire belts.

In connection with this, the Egyptian Parliament It holds all concerned parties, especially the Israeli government, fully responsible for any action that leads to a dangerous escalation of events and undermines the process of negotiations to reach a peaceful solution that spares the blood of civilians.

The Council calls on all parties to be well aware that we are dealing with a situation Extremely complex and highly sensitive, in which there is no party that is the strongest or the most established, and that there is no escape from adopting the language of dialogue and negotiation as a means of resolving differences, and listening to the voices of reason instead of the voice of weapons; In order to reach an agreement that would lead to an end to the human suffering endured by the Palestinian people, complete the exchange of hostages and prisoners, and begin a process that leads to the establishment of a Palestinian state.

It also calls on the international community to break the state of shameful silence and adopt measures that prevent the commission of further crimes. Crimes against the Palestinian people, and urging Israel to adopt a peace approach with the aim of reaching a peaceful and just solution to the Palestinian issue.
