Honey Boo Boo isn’t holding back when it comes to Julie Chrisley’s dramatic jailhouse transformation.
The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo alum, 19, got candid in a new interview with Page Six after the Chrisley Knows Best star was released from prison on Wednesday—just hours after being pardoned by President Trump alongside husband Todd.
Julie, 52, and Todd, 56, were convicted in 2022 of defrauding banks out of $30 million and sentenced to seven and twelve years, respectively, with Julie serving time in Kentucky and Todd locked up in Florida.
Julie was spotted in Nashville on Thursday, leaving a butcher shop in her first public outing as a free woman—looking nearly unrecognizable with a dramatic new look that traded her signature blonde coif for brown and gray hair, seen here.
Reacting to Julie’s new look, Honey Boo Boo said, ‘I saw Julie… she looks… I mean, she’s been in jail for two years, what did you guys expect?’

When asked whether she’d ever consider a prison beauty treatment, she quipped, ‘I don’t even know if I’d want a jailhouse dye job.’
Still, she gave Julie some credit, adding, ‘I don’t think she looks bad, I just think she looks older.’
One of the first things Julie did after her release was get her hair done — and by Friday’s press conference, she was back to her preferred shade of blonde.
Meanwhile, Honey addressed ongoing speculation that she is pregnant after being subjected to bizarre online theories for years.
The reality star joined DailyMail.com for an exclusive in-studio interview on Friday, May 30, hours ahead of the season seven launch of Mama June: Family Crisis.
Sitting alongside her mother, Mama June Shannon, Alana was asked whether she wanted to correct any narratives about her that are untrue.
‘The one that I’m pregnant,’ she immediately responded.
Confirming that she is not expecting, Alana continued: ‘I’m not pregnant at all.’

Referring to the rumor mill, she said: ‘I’ve literally been pregnant for two years. I’m either pregnant or I have a kid already – and I don’t have either of the above!’
Despite the false pregnancy speculation, Mama June, 45, revealed that the family have taken the theories in their stride.
‘We joke about it,’ she quipped. ‘We say, ‘don’t lie Alana! You’ve got twins!”
Alana stressed that the obsession with her family plans needs to stop.
‘I don’t have any kids,’ she stated, doubling down. ‘I’m not looking forward to having any kids right now. Nothing.’
Alana and her boyfriend, 24-year-old boyfriend Dralin Carswell, have been in a relationship since 2021.
The pair live together in Denver, Colorado, where Alana is currently studying to become a nurse.
