Usha Vance described children as the “greatest privilege of life” in a Mother’s Day message shared on Sunday (10 May).
The Second Lady spoke of how “everything is more exciting… and more meaningful” with her children around her.
Ms Vance and JD Vance are expecting their fourth child, a boy, in July 2026.
She has previously spoken about returning to work seven weeks after giving birth to her first child, when she was working for Chief Justice John Roberts.
