After nearly a 15-year hiatus, James Bond is back with a new home console video game with “007 First Light.” If you’re a gamer who likes action-adventure games with in-depth storylines and puzzle elements, then now is your chance to play the newest James Bond game.
Priced at $69.99, “007 First Light: Specialist Edition” for Sony PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC are available to purchase on Amazon, as an exclusive. The game is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Additionally, the “Specialist Edition” comes with a classic tuxedo for James Bond as a bonus skin.
However, you can upgrade to the “Collector’s Edition,” which goes for $199.99 on Amazon, or the “Legacy Edition,” which is priced for $299.99 from the retail giant. Both come with “Deluxe Edition” of the game with costume, weapon and gadget skin, and steelbook with display base.
The “Collector’s Edition” comes with a life-sized mask from the game to display, while the “Legacy Edition” includes a display of the Golden Gun (non-working).

Directed by Hakan Abrak and Martin Emborg, “007 First Light” is a prequel and follows the adventures of a 26-year-old James Bond (Patrick Gibson), as he learns to become the best secret agent. The game serves as an origin story as Bond goes from the British Army to MI6. And in true James Bond fashion, the game is a globetrotting adventure with locations from around the world, including Slovakia, Mauritania, Vietnam, Antarctica and other places.
The game also stars Lennie James, Priyanga Burford, Alastair Mackenzie, Kiera Lester, Gemma Chan, Lenny Kravitz, Noémie Naka and others.
