Baywatch star Noah Beck’s teacher sister is accused of grooming second child at Arizona school where she worked

The sister of Baywatch star Noah Beck is facing fresh allegations that she groomed a second student while teaching at an Arizona high school, allegedly supplying him with alcohol and marijuana.
Haley Beck, 27, is accused of sexually exploiting a second unidentified minor for months in 2025 while working at Centennial High School, according to a new notice of claim obtained by AZFamily.
The documents described a ‘textbook pattern of grooming,’ alleging Beck provided the student with marijuana, alcohol, food, clothing and gifts while he was under 18.
The latest allegations come after she was accused of having a sexual relationship with another underage boy, with a 180-page tranche of documents detailing their alleged closeness.
‘It’s never only one,’ Katey McPherson, a youth mental health advocate, told the outlet.
‘It sounds like this was an ongoing pervasive thing going on with multiple students that the district was aware of and they didn’t step in,’ she added.
Last week, an attorney for the alleged victim filed a notice of claim against the Peoria Unified School District, paving the way for a potential lawsuit.
In 2025, according to the documents, Beck allegedly gave the boy access to alcohol and cannabis and invited him to her home more than once to smoke and drink together.

She is also accused of driving the victim and his friend while impaired, with the teenager alleging that he saw sexually explicit content Beck had shared with his friend.
The attorney said Beck allegedly went even further, allowing the boys to borrow her car for a trip from Arizona to California before meeting them during the trip and paying for their hotel rooms.
‘It’s very brazen, but also lines up with your typical predator,’ McPherson told AZFamily.
‘I don’t think this will be the last young man or woman that we hear from in this case at all,’ she added.
The teenager said he is close friends with Beck’s first alleged victim, who filed a notice of claim in January.
A married teacher, 47-year-old Angela Burlaka, is also accused of grooming the first victim, allegedly recording naked videos of herself in which she said the student’s name.
The latest filing accuses the district of ‘negligent and wrongful conduct,’ alleging that officials ignored warning signs and complaints that allowed the two teachers to prey on underage students until police became involved.
The attorney for the second victim is seeking $7 million to settle the case, while the first victim’s notice of claim sought $20 million.

The alleged misconduct involving Beck and Burlaka dates back to their time teaching at Centennial High School in Peoria, about 14 miles northwest of Phoenix.
Both were placed on administrative leave after the allegations became public last year. Beck was later officially fired by the school board in March.
A district spokesperson said Peoria Unified had received both documents and would respond accordingly with legal counsel, according to AZFamily.
Meanwhile, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said it referred the case against both teachers back to police for the second time last month.
The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities saying detectives could potentially resubmit charges.
The new revelations come just months after a second student posted a TikTok video detailing an alleged sexual encounter with Beck when he was 17, according to the Arizona Republic.
However, it remains unclear whether he is the same student identified in the latest notice of claim.
In the now-deleted video, the student alleged that Beck asked him to walk her to her car around 2am after an off-campus graduation party, the outlet reported.

The student, a football player, said the former teacher was heavily intoxicated and had played beer pong ‘all night’ with students.
A separate student then posted a video that appeared to show Beck taking part in the drinking game, according to the outlet.
The young athlete alleged that she later invited him to her home, where he said ‘some things happened’ between them.

Beck, whose brother was recently cast in the Baywatch reboot, allegedly began grooming the first victim in December 2024, with police saying it continued through his sophomore and junior years as he took her psychology and sociology classes.
A nearly 200-page police report alleges that Beck bought him gifts, food, drugs and alcohol, paid him more than $600 and gave him access to her car.
She also allegedly helped boost his grades and attendance record while giving him preferential treatment in the classroom, police said.
At one point, Beck allegedly called herself the boy’s ‘sugar momma,’ writing in a text message that ‘it felt like straight prostitution,’ according to the report.

Investigators said the pair exchanged roughly 4,000 text messages discussing oral sex, drugs and alcohol.
Beck also appeared to know that Burlaka was allegedly involved with the student, writing to him that she did not ‘like being compared to Mrs B.’
A note discovered by police inside Beck’s apartment was also described by detectives as a tacit admission of the relationship, according to the report.
It allegedly read: ‘For this “relationship” being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it,’ the message said. ‘There is truly no other student (I know, so wrong) that I’d want to do all this with.’
