Four men arrested after shooting of San Francisco 49ers star Keion White at Super Bowl party

Four men have been arrested over the past week in connection with the February shooting of 49ers star Keion White, San Francisco Police Chief Derrick Lew announced Wednesday.
White was hosting a Super Bowl party at a Mission District nightclub when he was confronted by four men and shot in the ankle sometime after 4am local time on February 9. The veteran defensive lineman was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency surgery and has since returned to the field for the 49ers (5-0).
Now, Lew revealed Wednesday, police have arrested four men over their alleged connection to the shooting, including the man believed to have pulled the trigger: 36-year-old Gregory Walker of Mountain House, California.
Walker was taken into custody on October 9, two days after the arrest of Irvine’s 35-year-old Curtis Greene, who faces misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm and carrying a concealed and loaded gun in public. Both men were booked into San Francisco County Jail on Monday and were scheduled for their first court appearances on Wednesday.
District Attorney Brooke Jenkins planned to request that Walker be denied bail. He is facing a felony count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and other related firearm charges.
Two other men have been arrested in connection with the crime but are not yet in local custody. They will be charged upon arrival.

One of the yet-to-be-identified suspects, a 38-year-old man, was arrested in Atlanta on October 7 on a no-bail warrant. Police say they seized an illegal firearm during his arrest as well as drugs including MDMA, methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl.
The other yet-to-be-identified suspect was picked up in Stockton, where police say they recovered a loaded firearm, $7,000 cash and oxycodone pills.
Attorneys for the suspects have not yet been identified in online court records.
Investigators say the suspects were identified with the use of video footage and witness accounts.
Lew credited police in Los Angeles, Stockton and Irvine, California, as well as Atlanta for their roles in apprehending the suspects.
White, 27, is having a strong season with the 49ers with three sacks and nine tackles in five games. The former New England Patriots second-round pick was acquired in a 2025 trade and is expected to become a free agent after the 2026 season.
