Kristi Noem’s ‘bimbo’ crossdressing husband demands spousal support from her as divorce turns nasty

Kristi Noem’s estranged husband Bryon is demanding she pay him spousal support, according to court documents.

Bryon’s legal team filed his official response in Hamlin County, South Dakota, weeks after Noem moved to end their 34-year marriage.

Noem, 54, officially filed her complaint on September 28, citing irreconcilable differences ‘for settlement purposes only.’ She reserved her own right to seek financial support from him.

Bryon’s newly filed answer accepts the marriage is over but demands the court green light monthly payments from Kristi to him.

Neither filing sets a dollar figure and no judge has awarded either side compensation yet.

The couple’s three children are all adults, so child support is not in play. Kristi’s legal team also told the court they reserve the right to add fault-based grounds if the pair cannot reach a settlement.

Weeks after Kristi departed DHS, photos published by the Daily Mail show Bryon posing in tight pink shorts and a flesh-colored crop top stretched over enormous fake breasts.

His fetish, known as ‘bimbofication,’ centers on an exaggerated Barbie-doll appearance, with the porn models he contacted undergoing extreme breast enhancements to achieve the look.

Bryon had sent at least $25,000 to online fetish models through PayPal and Cash App. He contacted one woman using the alias ‘Jason Jackson,’ with payments from an account in that name typically ranging from $500 to $1,000.

Another model said she worked out who he was after accidentally calling him and hearing a voicemail greeting for Noem Insurance. Bryon runs his own insurance agency, Noem Insurance, in South Dakota.

A spokesman for Kristi at the time said she was ‘devastated’ and that the family had been ‘blindsided’ by the revelations.

Trump reacted to the affair with shock: ‘Wow, well, I feel badly for the family if that’s the case, that’s too bad.’

By July, the Daily Mail revealed Bryon had left the couple’s home in Castlewood, South Dakota, and was living about 20 miles away. Both Bryon and Kristi share three adult children, two daughters and a son.

On April 8, Bryon signed a notarized form confirming he had received the divorce papers, but they sat unfiled for nearly six months before hitting the public docket.

Under South Dakota law both parties are now subject to a temporary restraining order while the case proceeds.

Bryon’s attorney Tim Bottum said his client is ‘saddened that the marriage is ending’ and would ‘welcome the opportunity to truthfully share his perspective’ if the case goes to court.

Noem’s camp said she has ‘great faith in the South Dakota judicial system’ and will save further comment for the legal process.
