
Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, inspected today the model technology center in the Ain Shams neighborhood, to follow up on the progress of work and the level of services provided to citizens.
The governor stressed to the district president and the center’s employees the need to expedite the examination of citizens’ complaints and respond to them within the specified dates, while facilitating the procedures required within the framework of the law, stressing that citizen service is the governorate’s top priority.
The governor indicated that the center It comes within the national project to develop government service centers, as it includes the latest technological technologies that contribute to improving performance and facilitating citizens’ access to services quickly and accurately, in addition to its role in supporting the state’s anti-corruption strategy by separating the service provider from the service seeker, in a way that ensures raising the level of citizen satisfaction.
The governor was accompanied during the tour by Mona Al-Batrawi, Deputy Governor for the Eastern Region, and a number of governorate leaders.
