Kentucky Republican Senator Mitch McConnell, was recorded visibly struggling to speak during a Wednesday meeting on Capitol Hill.

McConnell, who returned to Capitol Hill Monday after an absence of more than 90 days, appears to have been brought to earth by two colleagues, who told him that it was time to cast a vote, or even what vote to cast during a markup of the Farm Bill.
