Geri Horner’s nepo baby daughter Bluebell Madonna, 20, follows in her Spice Girls mother’s footsteps as she ‘performs secret charity gig’

Geri Horner’s nepo baby daughter Bluebell Madonna appears to be following in her mother’s footsteps as she ‘performed a secret charity gig’ in London.

The student, 20, was said to have performed in an intimate show at Piano Smithfield with her university friends in aid of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

Geri, 54, shares Bluebell with her screenwriter ex Sacha Gervasi, 60, with whom she had a relationship with in 2005. 

She went on to marry Formula 1 team principal Christian Horner, 52, in 2015, they share a son named Monty, nine. 

While Bluebell enjoys singing at intimate gigs, sources say she hasn’t as of yet expressed an interest in a music career.

A source said: ‘Just like her mum, Bluebell has a keen ear for music and has really enjoyed getting on stage.

‘Rather than wanting to be a star in her own right, Bluebell teamed up with some of her pals to put on a charity gig and she did a warm-up show at their student bar ahead of that.’

‘It went down really well, but she currently has no plans to become a singer. She does have an interest in music and fashion, but is more focused on marketing and life behind the camera,’ they added to The Sun.

Bluebell’s godmother is Geri’s former bandmate Victoria Beckham and her godfather is the late superstar George Michael.  

Earlier this year, Bluebell looked all grown up as she mingled with the stars at the BRIT Awards in Manchester.

Bluebell is currently studying English Literature at university.

Geri previously spoke about her daughter flying the nest on an episode of Jessie Ware’s Table Manners podcast.

‘[She’s studying] English Literature,’ Geri said. ‘That’s mother’s pride though isn’t it, you must be very proud of your daughter for what she’s achieved.

‘It’s amazing to watch them thrive and find their own lane.’ 

Speaking to the Sunday Times last week, Geri revealed that her daughter has been ‘formally adopted’ by Christian after a heartbreaking rift with her biological father Sacha.

Bluebell was conceived during a six-week fling in 2005, but the Hollywood screenwriter – whose work has been directed by Steven Spielberg – appears to have had very little to do with his daughter.

When he married banking heiress Jessica de Rothschild – heiress to a £450million fortune and a successful theatre producer – in 2010, Bluebell was not in attendance, and Geri has spoken of raising her daughter as a ‘single mother’ before she met Horner.

It’s previously been suggested that Sacha did want to be involved in his daughter’s life, with reports prior to Bluebell’s birth suggesting that Geri had frozen him out and had deliberately flown to the UK to have her baby to make it harder for him to fight for parental rights.

A friend said that while he was initially ‘shocked and angry’ over the unplanned pregnancy, he was ‘devastated’ by the idea of not knowing his child.

‘I fully intend to give Geri and the baby all the love and support they need,’ he said in a short statement.

The former Spice Girl has been tight-lipped about what became of her relationship with his daughter, but given that Christian has officially adopted Bluebell it seems safe to say that her bond with her stepfather is much stronger.

However, she seems very determined not to trade on the connections that could easily pave the way for a showbiz career.
