Hayden Panettiere Details New Claims Of An ‘Oscar-Winner’ Exposing Himself To Her At 19

Hayden Panettiere has detailed new claims of an “Oscar-winning” actor exposing himself to her at 19, days after opening up about another encounter with a “very famous man” in her youth.

The Scream and Bring It On actress opened up about the first experience in her new memoir This Is Me: A Reckoning, revealing she was “shocked” by the incident that happened when her friend accompanied her to an apartment in Los Feliz, California.

Panettiere recalled there being a “small group of men” at the party who were “gathered together, talking, drinking, and smoking weed”.

“These men seemed to be a little too comfortable together, like they knew something I didn’t,” the actress wrote.

Shortly before leaving the event, Panettiere said she was approached by the unnamed Oscar-winner, who said goodnight and told her to “be careful when you leave because someone spit their gum out somewhere, and I got some on my pants”.

She said she “looked down and recoiled” when she realised “this well-respected, award-winning actor’s testicles were hanging out from his unzipped fly”.

Elaborating on the incident, Panettiere wrote that it “hadn’t hurt” her but did leave her “shocked”, saying the actor crossed a line.

“Men in Hollywood had always been kind and respectful around me. There may have been a peck on the lips here and an inappropriate comment there, but nothing had crossed a line,” the actress wrote.

The admission comes less than a week after Panettiere came forward with another claim of an intrusive experience she had with a “very famous man” when she was 18 years old.

That incident occurred at a boat party when Panettiere said a so-called friend “physically” put her into a bed with an “undressed” famous man in a “very small room”.

“[He] acted like this was just an average day for him, and this is something that happens all the time,” Panettiere revealed on Jay Shetty‘s On Purpose podcast.

Panettiere’s memoir hit bookshelves on May 19.
