Influencer Jazmyn Smith pregnant with first baby eight months after devastating miscarriage

Popular influencer Jazmyn Smith has revealed that she’s pregnant, eight months after she suffered from a devastating miscarriage.

Smith, 29, from New York, took to Instagram to share the exciting news that she and husband Kevin Callari are expecting their first child together on Saturday.

She shared a snap that showed her and Callari cozying up together as he held a sonogram photo in his hand.

They sat together on some steps as she leaned against his chest while wrapping her arm around his neck.

Smith donned a pair of jeans and a white, button-down sweater, which was unbuttoned on the bottom half, leaving her growing baby bump on full display.

‘Pregnant by the way,’ she captioned the shot.

She also shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself and Callari doing the photoshoot.

It contained a slew of clips of the couple posing together with their sonogram pictures, giggling as they smiled for the camera.

Footage also showed them walking hand-in-hand and Callari adorably picking Smith up and spinning her around.

‘Mom and dad,’ she wrote.

Back in February, the social media star revealed in a lengthy YouTube video that she and Callari had endured a tragic pregnancy loss while on vacation in Turks and Caicos.

‘Recently, Kevin and I found out that I was pregnant. [We were] so so so very excited. Unfortunately, yesterday I started having a miscarriage,’ she said.

‘Really not fun. Really bad timing. [Callari] was like, “Do you want to cancel [the trip]? Do you want to go home?”

‘I literally cried every free moment that I had this past weekend. But I was like, “I feel like if I go home right now, I’m going to just cry in bed. And there’s literally nothing I can do about it.”

‘I feel like being with our friends on this trip is good for me. I’m really not okay, but I’m hoping being here will help.’

She broke down in tears as she spoke about the pain of ‘going from being so excited’ to become a mom to feeling ‘devastated.’

In a new video shared this week to her YouTube channel, Smith admitted that the miscarriage made it hard for her to enjoy this pregnancy. She's seen in February 2024

‘I’m very sad because I was really excited. But again, [there’s] nothing I can do about it. I’m devastated. I’m upset. I hate that this is out of my control,’ she added.

‘It’s like just like so s***ty. But I feel like being here and like being busy would be good for me.’

She went on to praise her husband, who she had wed in May 2025, and said the miscarriage made her ‘so confident that she picked the perfect person.’

‘[The way he acts] in times that aren’t great makes me more reassured about our relationship and choosing each other and all of that,’ she said.

‘It’s unfortunate how, when the first time you’re pregnant it doesn’t result in the child, it takes away from your experience a second time,’ she reflected.

‘I don’t know if I want to tell people … when I am telling people I’m not even recording it, which I would like to have those memories.

‘It’s not even, like, excitement because I’m just so nervous. Even my own reaction to finding out – it’s not even exciting.

‘And it’s not because I don’t want to have a baby – I want to have a baby so bad, but it’s because I don’t want to get excited and be let down again.’
