Lady Gaga, 40, secretly welcomes first child with fiancé Michael Polansky… after months-long disappearance

Lady Gaga has reportedly given birth to her first child with fiancé Michael Polansky after she mysteriously dropped out of the public eye.

The couple is reportedly new parents, according to Page Six, but few details have been revealed, including the name of the child, its sex or when it was born.

Shortly after reporting the news, Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, were spotted out in public with a newborn baby in photos obtained by Page Six.

The Born This Way singer had last been seen in August during a fan encounter in Northern California that was documented with an Instagram selfie.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Gaga’s representatives for comment but has not yet received a response. 

Gaga (real name: Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) and Polansky have been engaged since April of 2024.

In the new photos of Gaga, she held what looked like a newborn infant against her chest in a sling while taking a stroll in Northern California with her fiancé and another woman. 

The Daily Mail previously revealed that the couple had been lying low in Marin County at her new $10 million mansion. 

The blond beauty looked totally casual in a loose-fitting gray cardigan, baggy pajama pants and a cropped top that flashed her midriff. 

She wore large sunglasses and casual black loafers with the look, and Polansky was dressed in a similarly casual manner in shorts, a hoodie and a baseball cap.

Gaga, who was seen wearing her enormous diamond engagement ring while out with her baby, previously set off rumors that she and Polansky had eloped after flying under the radar for so long.

One source told the Daily Mail that even her friends had been left out of the loop about her disappearance. 

Gaga had been trailed by pregnancy speculation since mid-2024, just a few months after she and Polansky got engaged. 

Fans began spreading rumors that she was pregnant based on video of her performing at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine.

‘Lady Gaga randomly being pregnant and married,’ one excited fan wrote at the time, while others rushed to congratulate her.

However, the hitmaker swiftly shut down the speculation with a TikTok video that she captioned: ‘Not pregnant – just down bad cryin at the gym.’
